Comedy Night!!

First of all, I have to point out that I am using the term comedy loosely. The other night Katelyn, Zack, Sanford, and I went to see the "comedy" show they were having as part of Pony Express Days. It may have been the wind, or the people who kept walking right across our blanket rather than around it, or the kids who kept running in circles around me but left their parents completely alone..... or maybe it was just that the guy was not that funny.

But, it was fun to hang out and Katelyn had a great time seeing her friends from school. She was very grateful Zack and Sanford were there to keep me company so she didn't have to feel guilty about bailing on me to hang out with her friends. Here are some pics of our big kids getting their faces painted. Notice the look on Zack's face. He was not impressed to be hanging out with four giggling girls who couldn't make up their minds about what they wanted on their faces. Shhh.... don't tell him but one day he'll be happy to to have a 4 to 1 ratio.
